This work, inspired by Hildegard von Bingen – the mystic, saint, and philosopher of medieval Europe – is the result of NicoNote’s transformative journey. REGOLA cannot be passively listened to: it is an invitation to suspend the frantic rhythm of daily life, offering an experience that demands time and attention in an era dominated by rapid and superficial consumption. It is a call to slow down and listen with our soul.
